EXPERIENCE

    Admitted to the State Bar of California in June, 1989. Participated in Moot Court; Family Law Mock trials, Criminal Defense Strategy in law school. 1985 Graduate (Juris Doctorate Degree) of Empire Law College, Santa Rosa, CA.




    Volunteered and sat for several years as a Sonoma County Small Claims Judge Pro Tem. Later, served as Small Claims Advisor, part-time.

    Taught Business Law for Paralegals and Legal Research and Writing at Empire Law College in Santa Rosa, California. Was accepted to teach Business Law at the University of Phoenix, extension-class locations, but declined for personal reasons before tenure began.

    Maintained a full-time Civil Litigation practice since bar admittance with an emphasis on Personal Injury, Business Law, Real Property/Landlord-Tenant, and Family Law matters. Successfully litigated and settled over a dozen Sexual Assault cases against various Roman Catholic Archdioceses in Northern California. Licensed Real Estate Broker with Real Property litigation experience. Conducted transactional work for Bulk Sales Escrows.
